STIPULATED RENTAL
AGREEMENT FOR MARCH AND APRIL
Whereas, Jane Doe and John
Doe, (hereinafter referred to as "Tenants"), filed a claim with
the Residential Rent Stabilization & Arbitration Board on November 16,
2006 against the landlord, Mr.
White (hereinafter referred to
as "Landlord"), alleging "Failure to Provide Service"
at 100 Post St. Apt, 1, San Francisco, California (hereinafter referred to
as Apartment ).
Whereas, the Landlord filed
or plans to file a claim in state court against Tenants for unlawful detainer
for unpaid March 2007 rent, and 5% late fees for the months October 2006 through
and including March 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS
HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO:
1. That repairs and remedies
will be made to the Apartment by
the Landlord as of March 31, 2002, which are:
k. Provide an
area in which to store the garbage can.

the Landlord also stipulates and agrees to:

Tenants stipulate and agree to:
April 20, 2007.
e. Repair any damage to the unit
caused by the Tenants or guests of Tenants.
f. Vacate the unit as of midnight
April 30, 2007.
g. Return the key to Mr. White by 5:00PM,
May 1, 2007 at his place of business:

5. That
the terms of this agreement are to be strictly construed as a compromise of a
contested claim for the purposes of avoiding any further controversy,
litigation and expense.
6. That
this agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in good faith and by
accepting the terms of the agreement both parties have waived and relinquished
any right to re-assert their claims.
